What does Rolls Right do in Vancouver?
Rolls Right runs 200,000+ sq ft at 3200 E Broadway in Vancouver, British Columbia, serving the Lower Mainland. It has 20 dock doors and 4 grade-level doors, 12 to 20 foot clear heights, ESFR sprinklers, engineered racking, and 24/7 CCTV with overnight security. The 3200 E Broadway floor is ambient and heated. Rolls Right runs chilled and frozen storage as a separate operation in Vancouver, Rolls Right Cold Storage, which is HACCP certified and food grade. Bonded, duty-deferred storage for goods awaiting customs clearance is available through Vancouver. It sits 4 minutes from the Trans-Canada Highway and about 14 minutes from the GCT Vanterm container terminal. It carries a wider service menu than the company's Calgary facility, including e-commerce fulfillment, co-packing, kitting and value-added work, transloading, and beverage distribution into licensed retail and hospitality. Cross-border is a freight service rather than a warehouse capability and runs separately. Space is available in footprints from 1,000 to more than 25,000 sq ft. Rolls Right has operated in the Lower Mainland since 1976 and runs a line haul between Vancouver and Calgary six days a week on its own equipment.
The building
How we grew into it.
We started in Coquitlam, ran out of room, and expanded because customers grew with us. That's still how we think about space. We'd rather grow with one good account than churn through ten. The East Broadway building sits 4 minutes from the Trans-Canada and 14 from GCT Vanterm, so container legs stay short.

FAQ
Vancouver questions
How much space can I take, and for how long?
Footprints run from 1,000 to more than 25,000 sq ft, on short-term, long-term or ongoing arrangements. Start small and scale. Most of our larger accounts did exactly that.
How quickly can I be receiving?
Days. Onboarding is a credit check and a signed agreement, typically two to three days, and your first inbound is walked by a supervisor. If you're moving from another provider we work backwards from your date, not ours.
How much does warehousing cost in Vancouver?
There's no flat rate, because the price is built from parts: storage by the pallet or the square foot, handling in and out, container work if you import, and freight if we deliver. What you pay depends on what you store, how often it turns, and which of those parts you use. Tell us those things and you'll have a real number within 48 hours.
What temperature-controlled storage does Vancouver have?
Broadway is ambient and heated, and chilled and frozen work runs at Rolls Right Cold Storage, our own Vancouver operation, HACCP certified and food grade. You deliver to our name there, on the same account and the same invoice. Tell us what you hold and we'll confirm the right space before anyone quotes.
Can you hold goods that haven't cleared customs?
Yes. Bonded, duty-deferred storage runs through Vancouver, so duty and GST wait until the product moves rather than when it lands. One agreement with Rolls Right covers the bonded hold and everything around it: the container off the port, the de-stuffing, and the onward freight once the goods clear. Tell us the customs situation and we'll set up the right path.
Can I split inventory between Vancouver and Calgary?
Yes, and it's often the right answer. We run the lane between them six days a week on our own equipment, so stock can sit wherever it serves your customers best.
Do you handle e-commerce and retail from the same inventory?
Yes. One pool of stock in one building, shipping out through whichever channel needs it.
What is the difference between the Vancouver and Calgary floors?
Vancouver runs e-commerce fulfilment, co-packing, kitting and value-added work, transload daily, cross-border freight, and the beverage distribution programme into licensed retail and hospitality. Chilled and frozen run at Rolls Right Cold Storage, our own Vancouver operation, and bonded, duty-deferred storage runs through Vancouver too. Calgary runs dry ambient pallet storage, high-pile ESFR racking, receiving and handling, pick and pack, container de-stuffing and drayage, cross-dock, sealed shelf-stable food and packaged beverage storage.
How big is the Vancouver facility?
200,000+ sq ft at 3200 E Broadway, with footprints from 1,000 to more than 25,000 sq ft available to individual customers. Tell us the space or pallet count you need and we'll confirm what's open right now.
How close is the Vancouver facility to the port and highway?
4 minutes to the Trans-Canada Highway and about 14 to GCT Vanterm, on East Broadway. Container work (de-stuffing, transloading, drayage) runs on short legs rather than long shuttles.
Where do I find more detail on the Vancouver services?
Each Vancouver service has its own detail page, linked from the services list on this page — from 3PL warehousing and bonded storage to e-commerce fulfilment and transloading. Tell us what you're storing or moving and we'll come back within 48 hours with specifics.
