Rolls Right's Vancouver warehousing operation is a 250,000 sq ft facility at 3200 E Broadway in Vancouver, British Columbia, serving the Lower Mainland. It carries a wider service menu than the company's Calgary facility, including temperature-controlled storage, food-grade and beverage handling, co-packing, e-commerce fulfillment, container stuffing and de-stuffing, transloading, cross-docking, cross-border logistics, and bonded storage arranged through licensed partner facilities. The building
How we grew into it.
We started in Coquitlam, ran out of room, and expanded because customers grew with us. That's still how we think about space — we'd rather grow with one good account than churn through ten. The East Broadway building sits four minutes from the Trans-Canada and fourteen from GCT Vanterm, so container legs stay short.

Where this building doesn't go
What this building can't do
Every building has limits. Here are ours, so nobody discovers them at receiving.
High-Pile Storage
Our Vancouver building runs 12 to 20 foot clear heights, so it isn't set up for high-pile racking. Calgary is — 28 foot clear with ESFR protection.
High-pile storage in CalgaryRail-Served Warehousing
Our Vancouver building is truck-served. If you need rail-direct, tell us and we'll point you somewhere that fits.
Track record
50 years of doing this.
Second generation of the same family running the business.
Plus roughly 500 trailers. The trucks are ours, not a broker's.
Several national accounts have been with us two decades or more.
Our own equipment, running six days a week.
FAQ
Vancouver questions
What does Vancouver do that Calgary doesn't?
Temperature-controlled space, food-grade and beverage programs, co-packing, e-commerce fulfillment, cross-border and transloading, and bonded programs through licensed partner facilities. Calgary is dry ambient pallet storage, high-pile racking, container work and cross-dock.
How much space can I take, and for how long?
Footprints run from 1,000 to more than 25,000 sq ft, on short-term, long-term or ongoing arrangements. Start small and scale — most of our larger accounts did exactly that.
What temperature-controlled storage does Vancouver have?
Dedicated temperature-controlled rooms alongside the ambient floor. Tell us the band your product holds — cool, refrigerated or frozen — and we'll confirm the right space for it rather than promise a blanket yes.
Is Vancouver a bonded warehouse?
Bonded storage runs through licensed customs-bonded partner facilities we work with, not a bond we hold on this building. For most importers that distinction costs nothing — tell us the customs situation and we'll set up the right path.
Can I split inventory between Vancouver and Calgary?
Yes, and it's often the right answer. We run the lane between them six days a week on our own equipment, so stock can sit wherever it serves your customers best.
Do you handle e-commerce and retail from the same inventory?
Yes. One pool of stock in one building, shipping out through whichever channel needs it.
How big is the Vancouver facility?
250,000 sq ft at 3200 E Broadway, with footprints from 1,000 to more than 25,000 sq ft available to individual customers. Tell us the space or pallet count you need and we'll confirm what's open right now.
How close is the Vancouver facility to the port and highway?
Four minutes to the Trans-Canada Highway and about fourteen to GCT Vanterm, on East Broadway. Container work — de-stuffing, transloading, drayage — runs on short legs rather than long shuttles.
