Pick & Pack in Vancouver

Carton and piece-level picking on the Lower Mainland floor, for orders going to retail DCs, to distributors, or direct to your customer.

Pick & Pack in Vancouver, the short version

Carton and piece-level picking on the Lower Mainland floor, for orders going to retail DCs, to distributors, or direct to your customer. The floor is set up for it, the team does it daily, and pick accuracy is measured rather than assumed. Being fourteen minutes from GCT Vanterm means imported stock can be picked and out the door without an inland leg first. We run the same work on the Calgary floor if that is the building you need.

How onboarding works

From first call to first pallet.

Same process whichever service you start with.

  1. Tell us what you move

Pallet count, how often it turns, what's in it, and where it ships. Five minutes on the form or ten on the phone.

    Day 0

  2. We quote it

Storage, handling in and out, container work and freight, every line visible. If the building doesn't fit your product we say so here, not later.

    Within 48 hours

  3. Walk the floor

Come and see it. A site tour is the fastest way to know whether a building works for you, and we'd rather you looked before you signed.

    Your schedule

  4. Credit and agreement

A standard credit check and a signed agreement. No procurement marathon, no five-year lease.

    2–3 days

  5. First receipt

Your first inbound is walked by a supervisor, not handed to whoever's on shift. After that it's routine.

    Days, not months

FAQ

Pick & Pack in Vancouver, questions

Can you pick to a retail compliance standard?

Yes. Retail DCs each have their own labelling, pallet and appointment rules, and missing a window costs everybody money. Send us the routing guide and we will work to it rather than improvise.

How small can an order be?

Single units. We run piece picking as well as carton and full pallet, and a lot of accounts use all three depending on the channel.

Do you handle returns?

Yes, as part of the account rather than a separate service. Tell us the volume and what you want done with the product when it comes back.

Can you kit or bundle as well as pick?

Yes, and it happens on the same floor your stock already sits on, so nothing moves buildings to get done. Multi-packs, promotional bundles and display assembly all run here, and larger repacking runs go through co-packing.

What is pick accuracy measured against?

Cycle counts reconciled against your numbers rather than only ours, with the result visible in the customer portal instead of arriving as a monthly summary. If a count is wrong you will hear it from us.

Do you pick in Calgary too?

Yes. Carton picking, labelling, kitting and order assembly all run on the Calgary floor as well, so which building you use is a routing question rather than a capability one.

Tell us what you move.

Pallet count, how often it turns, where it ships. A real number back inside 48 hours, and a straight answer about whether we're the right building.
