Both. Rolls Right Cold Storage holds chilled and frozen, and it is HACCP certified and food grade. Tell us the band your product needs and we will confirm the space before anyone quotes.
Who do we contract with?
Rolls Right. The cold storage operation is ours, so it is one agreement, one invoice and one company answering for the account. We give you the delivery details once the account is set up.
Where is the cold space?
In Vancouver, at Rolls Right Cold Storage. It is our own operation, HACCP certified and food grade, holding both chilled and frozen, and you deliver to our name there. The 3200 E Broadway warehouse and the Calgary building are both ambient, and Broadway is heated, so temperature work goes to the cold storage site rather than either of those floors. We give you the delivery details once an account is set up rather than publishing the address. We also run our own refrigerated trucks out of both locations, so the same company stores it and moves it.
