3PL Warehousing in Vancouver, the short version
Our Lower Mainland operation has been running third-party warehousing since 2023, inside a company that has been moving freight in BC since 1976. Our own floor crew and the full service menu, from pick and pack to container work. We didn't grow by chasing space. We started in Coquitlam, ran out of room, and expanded because customers grew with us. The floor is ambient and heated, twenty dock doors and four grade doors, about 14 minutes from GCT Vanterm — which is why so much of what sits here arrived in a container.

High-Pile Storage in Vancouver?
Our Vancouver building runs 12 to 20 foot clear heights, so it isn't set up for high-pile racking. Calgary is: 28 foot clear with ESFR protection.
High-pile storage in CalgaryRail-Served Warehousing in Vancouver?
No rail siding needed. Your rail freight still lands here: we run drayage and transload off the CN and CP ramps daily, on our own chassis, so rail-inbound product reaches the floor without one.

FAQ
3PL Warehousing in Vancouver, questions
What makes Vancouver different from Calgary?
Vancouver is our established operation and carries the wider service menu: co-packing, e-commerce fulfillment, kitting and container work on the ambient floor, plus frozen and chilled storage at Rolls Right Cold Storage, bonded and duty-deferred storage for importers, and the beverage distribution programme into licensed retail. Calgary is newer, purpose-built for dry ambient pallet storage and high-pile racking.
Do you run freight between the two?
Every day except Sunday. The Calgary–Vancouver lane runs six days a week on our own equipment, so inventory can sit in whichever building makes sense.
Can I see my stock without phoning you?
Yes. Real-time inventory visibility runs through our customer portal, covering stock levels and order status, so the routine questions don't need a phone call. Ask for a demo before you commit — a portal you haven't been shown is a promise rather than a feature, and that applies to every provider you're comparing, not just us.
How much room is there, and what happens if we outgrow it?
Two hundred thousand square feet on East Broadway, with a further hundred thousand in Calgary and a lane between them six days a week. Growing inside one building is a conversation about racking configuration; growing across both is a conversation about where the freight actually needs to sit. Either is easier than moving providers, which is usually what growth costs you elsewhere.
