A quote issued in response to an enquiry is indicative until confirmed in writing, and service begins only under a signed agreement. We aim to respond to quote requests within 48 hours; that is a service target, not a contractual commitment.

Where we state that a location does or does not handle a category of goods, that reflects the facility as at the date of publication. Requirements specific to your product — certification, dangerous goods classification, or regulatory handling — must be confirmed with us before any agreement.
