The building

The building.

Southeast Calgary, minutes from Peigan, Stoney, Barlow and Glenmore — the corridor most retail distribution runs through. Twenty-eight foot clear with ESFR protection means we rack higher than most buildings here can, and take commodity classes a standard system has to refuse.

Where this building doesn't go

What this building can't do

Worth saying up front, because finding out at receiving costs everybody money. Calgary is dry ambient storage. If you need any of the below, we will either point you to our Vancouver operation or tell you honestly that we're not the right building.

Temperature-Controlled Warehousing

We don't run cooler, freezer or temperature-controlled storage in Calgary. We do run refrigerated trucking, and our Vancouver operation has dedicated temperature-controlled space.

Refrigerated trucking

Bonded Warehousing

Calgary is not a bonded facility. Bonded and customs-controlled storage runs through our Vancouver operation.

Bonded warehousing in Vancouver

Food-Grade Warehousing

We don't hold SQF, BRCGS, AIB or GMP certification in Calgary, so we can't take product that requires certified food-grade storage. Food-adjacent dry goods are worth a conversation.

Talk to us about dry goods

Beverage Warehousing

We handle dry ambient goods in Calgary, including packaged non-perishable product. Dedicated beverage programs run out of Vancouver.

3PL warehousing in Calgary

Co-Packing

Calgary handles carton picking, labelling and kitting, but full co-packing programs run out of Vancouver where the line and the crew for it already exist.

Pick & pack in Calgary

E-Commerce Fulfillment

Our Calgary floor is built for B2B pallet and carton work, not single-parcel consumer shipping. E-commerce fulfillment runs out of Vancouver.

E-commerce fulfillment in Vancouver

Value-Added Logistics

Calgary covers labelling, kitting and rebuild under pick & pack. Larger rework and inspection programs run out of Vancouver.

Pick & pack in Calgary

Cross-Border Logistics

Cross-border programs run through our Vancouver operation, where the bonded storage and the border lanes already sit. Calgary freight can feed them on our own trucks.

Cross-border logistics in Vancouver

Transloading

Calgary covers this under cross-docking and container de-stuffing. Dedicated transload programs run out of Vancouver, at the port end.

Rail-Served Warehousing

The Calgary building is truck-served — there's no rail siding. If you need rail-direct, tell us and we'll point you somewhere that fits.

How onboarding works

From first call to first pallet.

  1. Tell us what you move

Pallet count, how often it turns, what's in it, and where it ships. Five minutes on the form or ten on the phone.

    Day 0

  2. We quote it

Storage, handling in and out, container work and freight — every line visible. If the building doesn't fit your product, we say so here rather than later.

    Within 48 hours

  3. Walk the floor

Come and see it. Site tours are the fastest way to know whether a building works for you, and we'd rather you looked before you signed.

    Your schedule

  4. Credit and agreement

A standard credit check and a signed agreement. No procurement marathon, no five-year lease.

    2–3 days

  5. First receipt

Your first inbound is walked by a supervisor, not handed to whoever's on shift. After that it's routine.

    Days, not months

Capability matrix

Calgary or Vancouver?

The two buildings do different jobs. If your product needs something Calgary can't take, the Lower Mainland usually can — and our own trucks run between them six days a week.

FAQ

Calgary questions

How much space is actually available?

More than we're currently using, in a building that runs to 100,000 sq ft. Tell us the footprint or pallet count you need and we'll tell you straight away whether it's there — no drip-feeding.

How quickly can I be receiving?

Days. Onboarding is a credit check and a signed agreement, typically two to three days. If you're transitioning off another provider we'll work backwards from your date, not ours.

Do you offer temperature-controlled, bonded or food-grade storage in Calgary?

No. Calgary is dry ambient only — no cooler or freezer space, no bonded storage, and we don't hold SQF, BRCGS, AIB or GMP certification. We do run refrigerated trucking, and our Vancouver operation has temperature-controlled and bonded space.

What does ESFR and 28-foot clear actually get me?

Height you can use. Early Suppression Fast Response sprinklers let a building store commodity higher than a standard system allows, so more of your product fits in the same footprint — and we can take classes of goods a non-ESFR building has to refuse.

Is the building rail-served?

No, it's truck-served. If you need rail-direct, tell us and we'll point you somewhere that fits.

Can you take dangerous goods?

Case by case. Send us the class and the SDS and we'll come back with a yes or a no — we won't guess.

Do I have to use your trucking as well?

No. Plenty of customers use one or the other. But the freight is where a lot of the value sits — one company handling storage and transport means one invoice and nobody to point at when something slips.

What kind of companies is this building set up for?

Distributors, manufacturers and importers moving pallets — dry CPG, consumer products, building materials, packaging, industrial and equipment. B2B rather than consumer parcel fulfillment. Accounts range from a few dozen pallets to dedicated square footage.

Tell us what you move and how often. If we're not the right building for it, we'll say so and point you somewhere that is.

Straight answer, either way

We would rather lose a quote in the first email than at receiving. If your product needs something this building can't give it, we'll tell you and point you at someone who can.
