How quickly can you take my product?
Days, not months. Space is available now and onboarding is a credit check and a signed agreement — usually two to three days. If you're moving off another provider, we'll work to your timeline, not ours.
Do you store temperature-controlled or food-grade product in Calgary?
No. Calgary is dry ambient only — no cooler, freezer, or certified food-grade storage. We do run refrigerated trucking, and our Vancouver operation has temperature-controlled space. Tell us what you're moving and we'll be straight with you about whether we're the right fit.
Is there a minimum?
There's a practical minimum that makes the account work for both of us, but it's not a hard gate. A smaller customer who ships weekly is often better business than a larger one who never moves. Ask us.
