How quickly can you take my product?
Days, not months. Space is available now, and onboarding is a credit check and a signed agreement, usually two to three days. If you're moving off another provider, we'll work to your timeline, not ours.
Do you store food or beverage in Calgary?
Yes. Sealed, shelf-stable food and packaged beverage sit on the same dry ambient racking as everything else here, with dates and lot codes captured at receiving. There is a page each for food-grade storage and beverage storage. Chilled and frozen run at Rolls Right Cold Storage, our own Vancouver operation, which is HACCP certified and food grade, and our own refrigerated trucks move product between it and this floor.
Is there a minimum?
There's a practical minimum that makes the account work for both of us, but it's not a hard gate. A smaller customer who ships weekly is often better business than a larger one who never moves. Ask us.
Can you handle our freight too?
Yes. That's most of the point. We've run Alberta freight for decades and run the Calgary–Vancouver lane six days a week on our own equipment. Warehouse and freight on one invoice, one phone call.
Can you integrate with our systems?
Yes. The warehouse runs on a WMS we developed in-house, and the developers who built it handle the integrations: if your ERP, storefront or network has an API, we can connect to it. EDI with major retailers is already in place, and stock levels and order status live in the customer portal.
