How do you check pick accuracy?
We reconcile counts against your numbers as well as ours, and trace a short or mis-picked order back to the location it came from. If accuracy is why you're leaving another provider, say so when you ask for a quote, because it changes how we set up the account.
What happens to returns?
Returns come back to this building, get inspected, and go into saleable stock, rework or disposal on your instruction. Tell us the volume and the rule for saleable versus damaged product, and we'll apply it to every return.
