How is this different from leasing my own warehouse?
You skip the build-out, the separate utility accounts and the long lease, and you don't have to hire a floor team, because ours is there if you want it. You get the space and the dock, and we handle the building.
Can I start with pallet storage and move up?
Yes, and it's the path we recommend. Start on pallets, prove the volume, then take dedicated space when it makes sense.
How much space can we take?
Footprints start at 1,000 sq ft and go up from there. Tell us what your operation needs and we'll confirm it straight away, along with how quickly you could be working in it.
Can we take space for just a few months?
Yes. Terms run month to month, so a season or a single project is a normal stay. If the need turns out to be permanent, you keep the space and can add more as you grow.
Our own warehouse is full. How fast can we move overflow in?
Within days. Tell us the footprint and what's arriving, and we'll confirm dock time and racking straight away. Overflow is one of the usual reasons companies use this building.
