E-Commerce Fulfillment in Vancouver
Direct-to-consumer order fulfilment out of the Lower Mainland, running on the same floor and the same stock pool as your wholesale orders.
E-Commerce Fulfillment in Vancouver, the short version
Direct-to-consumer order fulfilment out of the Lower Mainland, running on the same floor and the same stock pool as your wholesale orders. One pool of inventory in one building, shipping out through whichever channel needs it. That is usually the point: you stop reconciling two stock positions in two places. The building sits about fourteen minutes from GCT Vanterm, so imported stock can land, be put away and start shipping to customers without an inland leg in between. When an order needs to go east, it moves on the Calgary line haul that runs six days a week on our own trucks.

FAQ
E-Commerce in Vancouver, questions
Can you hold retail and direct-to-consumer stock together?
Yes, and that is usually the point. One pool of inventory in one building, shipping out through whichever channel needs it, rather than splitting stock across two providers and reconciling the difference.
Which carriers do you use?
Whichever ones your account is set up with. We are not tied to one, and for Lower Mainland volume our own trucks are often cheaper than a parcel network.
Do you integrate with our system?
Tell us what you run and we will tell you straight away whether it connects cleanly or needs a file-based handover. We would rather set that expectation before you commit.
How do returns work?
They come back to the same building your stock ships from, and what happens next is your call: inspect and restock, hold for a decision, or set aside for rework. Tell us the volume and the rule you want applied and we will run it that way rather than ask each time.
Can you handle a seasonal peak?
Tell us the shape of it and when it starts. The floor carries transient space for overflow and the crew scales for the season, so the useful conversation is about your volumes and dates rather than a fixed ceiling.
Can the same stock ship to a retail DC as well?
Yes, and that is the reason to keep one pool. The same inventory can go out as a single parcel or as a palletised retail order with a booked appointment, on our own trucks, without splitting stock between two providers.
