How is dedicated space priced?
By the square foot rather than by the pallet, because you are holding the footprint whether it is full or not. Handling is still quoted separately so you can see both.
Can we put our own people in the space?
Yes. Some accounts run their own staff and equipment in a dedicated footprint and use us for the building, the dock and the freight. Others hand the labour to us entirely.
What happens when we outgrow it?
You take more of the floor if it is open, and we tell you honestly when it is not. Start on pallets, prove the volume, move into dedicated space: that is the path most of our larger accounts took.
Can we take space for just a few months?
Yes. Terms run month to month, and overflow or a seasonal build is a normal use of the floor. Tell us the dates and the footprint and we'll tell you what's open.
