What kind of food product do you take?
Sealed and shelf-stable, with a real date on it: jars, cans, bottles, pouches, retort packs, roasted coffee, dry-packaged goods. Send us the product list and we will confirm the fit and the space before anyone quotes.
Can you rotate by expiry date?
Yes. Dates and lot codes are captured at receiving and picking follows first-expiry-first-out where your product calls for it. Tell us how your dates run and how tight the tolerance is, and that goes into the quote rather than being discovered later.
Can you deliver into grocery and retail distribution centres?
Yes, on our own trucks with the appointment booked. We have been backing into the major grocery, club and general-merchandise DCs across Western Canada for decades, so routing guides, pallet specs and delivery windows are routine here.
We import. Can you handle the container?
Yes. Container de-stuffing and drayage run in-house, and product goes from the container to a pallet position without a second building in the middle. For imports landing on the coast, our Vancouver warehouse sits 14 minutes from the port and the Calgary line haul runs six days a week.
We also need chilled or frozen space. Can you do both?
Yes, and both are ours. Chilled and frozen run at Rolls Right Cold Storage, which is HACCP certified and food grade, and our own refrigerated trucks move product between it and both warehouses. One company and one contact, whichever temperature your range needs.
We are a beverage producer. Is this the right page?
Packaged beverage has its own page, because cans, bottles and kegs are dense and high-turn and the racking answer is different. It runs on this same Calgary floor. Ask for beverage storage and it routes there.
