Food-Grade Warehousing in Vancouver
Sealed, shelf-stable food on the Broadway floor, fourteen minutes from the port: imported jarred and bottled product, preserved and speciality lines, roasted coffee, dry-packaged goods. Product lands in a container, gets de-stuffed on site, and goes to a pallet position without a second building in the middle.
Food-Grade Warehousing in Vancouver, the short version
Sealed, shelf-stable food on the Broadway floor, fourteen minutes from the port: imported jarred and bottled product, preserved and speciality lines, roasted coffee, dry-packaged goods. Product lands in a container, gets de-stuffed on site, and goes to a pallet position without a second building in the middle. If the goods have not cleared yet, duty-deferred storage sits in front of that on one agreement with Rolls Right. And when your range runs across temperature bands, chilled and frozen run at Rolls Right Cold Storage: our own operation, HACCP certified and food grade, with our own refrigerated trucks between the two.

High-Pile Storage in Vancouver?
Our Vancouver building runs 12 to 20 foot clear heights, so it isn't set up for high-pile racking. Calgary is: 28 foot clear with ESFR protection.
High-pile storage in CalgaryRail-Served Warehousing in Vancouver?
No rail siding needed. Your rail freight still lands here: we run drayage and transload off the CN and CP ramps daily, on our own chassis, so rail-inbound product reaches the floor without one.

FAQ
Food-Grade in Vancouver, questions
What kind of food product do you take?
Sealed and shelf-stable, with a real date on it: jars, cans, bottles, pouches, retort packs, roasted coffee, dry-packaged goods. Send us the product list and we will confirm the fit and the space before anyone quotes.
Can you take the container straight off the port?
Yes, and this is the main reason importers use this building. We are 14 minutes from the port, we dray the container in on our own equipment, de-stuff it on site, and the product goes to a pallet position the same day. Duty-deferred storage can sit in front of that on one agreement with Rolls Right if the goods have not cleared yet.
We also need chilled or frozen space. Can you do both?
Yes, and both are ours. Chilled and frozen run at Rolls Right Cold Storage, which is HACCP certified and food grade, and our own refrigerated trucks move product between it and both warehouses. Tell us the temperature band your range needs and we will confirm the space before anyone quotes.
Can you handle the labelling before it goes to retail?
Yes. Compliance and bilingual labelling, barcode application, kitting, repacking and multi-packing all run on this floor, so product can land as an import and leave retail-ready without moving buildings.
We also produce packaged beverage. Do you take that?
Yes, and it has its own programme rather than sitting under this one. Cans, bottles and kegs are heavy and turn fast, so the racking, the pick line and the fleet are set up around that combination, and distribution to licensed retail and hospitality across the Lower Mainland runs on our own trucks. Ask for beverage storage and it routes there.
