Co-Packing in Vancouver, the short version

Repacking, display building, multi-packs, shrink wrapping and stickering on the Vancouver floor, from single runs to standing programs. Co-packing is where a lot of product goes wrong at a provider who treats it as an afterthought. It is a normal part of the week here, quoted openly rather than buried in a storage rate. Most of this work starts because a retailer asked for something the product does not currently come in — a two-pack, a display, a different label for one chain. Building it is rarely the hard part. The timing is, because the promotion has a date and the stock is already sitting on our floor.

How onboarding works

From first call to first pallet.

Same process whichever service you start with.

  1. Tell us what you move

Pallet count, how often it turns, what's in it, and where it ships. Five minutes on the form or ten on the phone.

    Day 0

  2. We quote it

Storage, handling in and out, container work and freight, every line visible. If the building doesn't fit your product we say so here, not later.

    Within 48 hours

  3. Walk the floor

Come and see it. A site tour is the fastest way to know whether a building works for you, and we'd rather you looked before you signed.

    Your schedule

  4. Credit and agreement

A standard credit check and a signed agreement. No procurement marathon, no five-year lease.

    2–3 days

  5. First receipt

Your first inbound is walked by a supervisor, not handed to whoever's on shift. After that it's routine.

    Days, not months

FAQ

Co-Packing in Vancouver, questions

Can you build retail-ready displays?

Yes. Pallet displays and retail-ready packaging are a regular part of the Vancouver work, and we will walk the first run with you before it goes live.

Can you handle a seasonal program?

Yes. Seasonal and promotional runs are common. Tell us the volume and the deadline and we will tell you whether we can hold it rather than agreeing and hoping.

Is the product stored here too?

Usually, and it is cheaper that way. The stock, the co-pack and the outbound all happen in one building with no freight leg between them.

Who supplies the packaging?

Either of us. We can source consumables, and they are quoted as their own line rather than folded into a rate — deliberately, because packaging is the part of a co-pack program most likely to move on you. If you would rather supply your own materials, that works too. Tell us which at the quote stage and we will price it that way.
